The Designer's Story behind Sydney Opera House

The design of the Sydney Opera House was once rejected and nearly forgotten. The design submission was thrown into the bin initially.

Its creator, Jorn Utzon, saw his vision dismissed before it was finally recognised.

Today, it defines the entire city.

If you go:

Look at it not as a building - but as an idea that refused to disappear.
